I've been building Bubblegram - a chat widget for your website that forwards messages straight to Telegram group. You reply from Telegram, the visitor sees it in real time.

Instead of rushing to add features, I spent weeks on the stuff nobody sees: signed sessions, handling rate limits, input validation, proper error handling, reliable backups. The kind of work that lets me sleep calm at night :)

Just hit the point where onboarding is smooth (signup to embed in few minutes), billing is live (Polar), and the core chat loop is solid.
