Bugtrotter is a screen recording platform built for customer support teams. It lets customers show exactly what happened in their own screen in just one click. Instead of trying to explain issues through messages, customers can quickly record and share what they’re experiencing. This gives support teams full visibility into the problem, making it easier to understand issues, remove confusion, and resolve tickets faster without unnecessary follow-up questions.

Your own one-liner buries your magic under a category word. "Screen recording platform" is the Loom bucket, but the sharp part is the very next clause: the customer shows you in one click instead of explaining in messages. Lead with that, because the person doing the recording is not your employee, it is a frustrated customer, and that is a different and much harder problem than screen recording.

That is also why "one click, no download" is not a small perk, it is the whole reason this works. An annoyed customer will never install Loom or figure out screen capture, they will type "it's broken" and give up. Zero-friction capture from a non-technical, impatient person is the actual product. Sell "your customer shows you in one click, nothing to install," not "screen recording platform."

One question decides your homepage: is your buyer the support agent drowning in unclear tickets, or the engineer who cannot reproduce the bug? "See what your customer saw" sells to support, and "reproduce any bug from a real session, with the console and browser context" sells to engineering. Those are two different pages, and if you capture that technical context too, say it loudly, because it is a sharper promise than any screen recorder makes.

About

I built Bugtrotter to solve a problem I faced running my last startup. When something broke we spent hours going back and forth just to understand the issue. With Bugtrotter you can see exactly what your customer sees.
