Build A SaaS App In Ruby on Rails 8
A step-by-step guide on how to build a SaaS app
While I continue to work on the proofreading and edits in the latter quarter of the book, the sales numbers have been increasing! With a few high earning days rolling off of the 30-day window, I can state I just had my best 30 day period of sales, ever!
All Chapters have been grammatically edited in a first pass. This will be followed by a proofread and human grammatical edit. Additionally, the exercise answers have been written and also have the first pass in editing.
Outside of that, I have been spending time in outreach and promotion.

Chapters 1 through 14 (AKA all of them) are all written and content complete. Both general grammatical editing and technical editing have been done thoroughly through the first 10 chapters! The pre-sale bundles have been updated with the latest content of the book. 🙌
The pre-sale will end soon as the book is nearly 100% complete with all extras.

Well done, that's a great achievement!
I'm also putting together educational material so I took at look at your on-boarding for the pre-sale. Have you gone through the sign-up? It's a bit odd as it takes me to a Drip subscription page that looks more like an admin page for you.
"Use the buttons below to unsubscribe from individual campaigns or from all mailings."
And the campaign is shown to me as "Book 6 Lead Gen". All a bit clinical :-)The next thing is maybe something you can't control. When I clicked on the link to the book, I was taken to page with a big pop-up from DropBox asking me to create an account or sign in with Google. That stuff really annoys me and I was going to click away, then noticed I could close the pop-up and still view or download the sample chapter.
The chapter is very nicely put together by the way!

So, I could definitely spend some time making that a nicer workflow (aside from email tools not offering much in the way of sign up forms "all or nothing")

They haven't always done that nor had I heard much in the way of complaints. I wonder how many people have signed in dropbox, signup or just dismiss the popup.

This looks interesting!
Come and show more people how to build SaaS at careermove.io
Chapters 1 through 10 are all written and content complete. I will make a pass through them for general editing! Once that is done, the pre-sale bundles will be updated with the latest content of the book. I am really excited about the new content in the Rails 6 version of the book!

With Rails 6 closes to launching it was time to get started on updating the Build a Saas App in Rails book from Rails version 5 to Rails version 6. This update will include a revamp for updates out of the Rails ecosystem too, such as using Bootstrap 4 or React.
