Our alternative pages are live and we're hoping to get some SEO improvements after that. Other alternatives to BuildGrowth don't have this kind of page but we saw that other IndieHackers are using this technique to boost their SEO.
To do so we searched for the keyword "Investors Database" and one by one we created an Alternative To page.
Let's see the result in a few months.
After a few days of work, I chose to deploy a new landing page using NextJS + TailwindCSS. It was simple, fast, and easy to deploy.

A new landing page was created because we noticed that a lot of users weren't understanding the purpose of our product, so we made a few use cases to help them to decide.

After changing our price we have just made our first $29 online. 5 hours after changing the price, one of our 7 registered users acquired our product and now has full access to more than 30.000 investors and 4.000 journalists.
This day couldn't be happier.
Hi, currently BuildGrowth has zero sales, but we're trying new pricing: from $199 to only $29, for unlimited and lifetime access to more than 30.000 investors and journalists.
We hope that this price change has a better performance.
Currently, 7 users have registered on our platform and two demonstrated interest but weren't willing to pay $199 for the product.

Great feedback on the price. Very valuable.
I did the same for my product and scaled down the price point. Now it's a USP for me. I think it's super important to find those USPs compared to your competition.
Let us know how it goes after you scale down the price.
