BuildMint Queue

I finally launched the SaaS product I've been building: BuildMint Queue.

The idea came from a very simple problem I kept experiencing myself.

Whenever I visited a clinic with a long queue, I was afraid to leave the waiting area because I didn't know when my turn would come.

That made me wonder:

Why should customers have to physically stay near a queue just to make sure they don't miss their turn?

So I built BuildMint Queue.

It is a simple queue management system for small businesses that handle walk-in customers.

Businesses can manage the queue from a dashboard, while customers can track their position from their phone without needing to install an app.

I deliberately tried to keep the product simple because I noticed that many queue management systems are either designed for larger organizations or come with more complexity than a small business actually needs.

The product is now live.

The current pricing is:

• Free: up to 300 visitors per month

• Plus: up to 5,000 visitors per month for $9.99/month or $99.99/year

My initial target users are clinics, dental practices, salons, barbershops, repair shops, service centers, and other small businesses that regularly deal with walk-in queues.

Right now, my biggest goal is not adding more features.

It is finding out whether small businesses actually find this useful enough to adopt and pay for.

I'd especially appreciate feedback from other founders:

Would you keep the free tier at 300 visitors?
Is 5,000 visitors for $9.99/month reasonable?
And what type of business would you target first?
