Buildup Camp
Launch your Startup wherever you are
We launched our first set of prototypes, and failed at living up to expectations, but we did see a strong signal for the desirability of our products.
We have now re-invented our offering and refreshed our face online, we are ready to go at it again, you can learn more at our fresh new page.
It has been a rather interesting week. After months of putting off work for later, we decided to re-release our Startup Guide which gained a fair amount of traction. We have been working on a curriculum to help Entrepreneurs launch their Startups and it seemed like we were never going to go Live. Yesterday was enough!

When we first launched the Startup Guide we thought no one will download it, we were not sure how to drive traffic to our website. Last Sunday we decided to launch it here on Indie Hackers and the response has been very encouraging, we have learned a lot about our guide and the people that have downloaded it. We are working on all the feedback we have received and we are now developing our second guide which will be focused 100% on Business Model Design.
Our approach is to listen to as much feedback as we can and to implement that in our educational content. If you haven't read our guide yet, give it a try! we are waiting for your feedback.

I gave it a quick read but didn't see anything about incorporating, company structure, and the true validation of a startup: charging customers. Is that something you cover, or plan to cover?

Hi @codeluggage indeed we did not cover this aspects on this first guide. We are mainly focusing on customer discovery and understanding your value proposition. We are planning to follow up with more detail steps on Business Model design, monetization. We will keep you updated.

Really good guide. Love it, I'll keep it open on my browser as I launch my product!
Not more playing around, no more putting work off for later. My amazing team of two co-founders and I decided to get serious about buildupcamp.com , we truly want to help early-stage entrepreneurs and we are ready to make a difference. For this, we are working harder than ever to release the online courses as quickly as possible and we are re-launching our Startup Guide, with all of the learnings from the previous one.

How can we teach thousands of people how to launch their Startup? We wanted to help as many people entrepreneurs as possible. We found a few tools that we will then use to engage early-stage entrepreneurs and help them discover how to go about solving the problems they were passionate to solve. So we got busy and decided to launch the following:
- An online community with tools and resources
- A Startup Guide
- We started developing our online courses
Our Startup Guide turned out to be very successful, we gathered a lot of attention and helped dozens of entrepreneurs get started. If you want to give it a try, here is the latest version of it:

I was finishing my first accelerator program in Rotterdam, Netherlands, and I realized that this process has a lot of problems as we know it. It could have a bigger impact if it could help more people. I thought that the stages we were going through were very valuable but it lacked scale. The first things I realized where this process was:
- Not flexible
- Not Accessible
- Tailor to people with an idea
- Lacked education for people foreign to Startups
