Every business plan tool I tried treats the finished plan as the deliverable. But the plan was never the hard part. The hard part is the 90 days after, when reality keeps diverging from what you wrote, and nobody is beside you.
That mismatch is the whole reason I'm building BuildYourBusiness. The bet: a plan should be a living thing that adapts as you execute, with feedback at each step, not a document you file and forget.
I soft-launched a few days ago, and I'm at the honest-truth stage. A handful of signups, and I'm learning what actually makes someone trust an AI with their strategy. (So far, "we never block you when your answers are thin" seems to matter more than I expected.)
Real question for anyone who has built or used planning tools: Did your plan survive contact with execution, or did it die in a drawer? I'm designing for the second case and want to hear where it broke for you.
