A tools design for batch video production
👋 Hey Indie Hackers!
I’m a solo founder working on an AI-powered video editing tool designed for content teams who need to produce product showcases, user tutorials, and promotional short videos — quickly and repeatedly.
🎯 The problem:
Most teams today rely on tools like CapCut or Premiere. They’re powerful, but:
- They don’t support script-driven editing
- They can’t batch process videos
- They require experienced editors, which can be costly
🛠️ My tool aims to solve this by:
- Generating an editing script automatically based on the user’s goal
- Using that script to auto-stitch uploaded clips into a structured video
- Adding subtitles, transitions, background music, and logos — automatically
- Helping teams turn hours of work into minutes
📍Current status:
Still building the MVP — no UI polish yet, but logic is coming together.
I’m sharing this early to start building in public.
💬 I’d love to hear from you:
- If you're in a content team, what part of editing do you hate most?
- Would a “script-first” video editor save you time?
- Are you interested in trying a demo later?
Follow along if you’re curious how this journey goes — I’ll be sharing updates here weekly.
Thanks for reading 🙌

This is 🔥 love the focus on batch processing and automation. Editing always slows content teams down, especially when they're trying to scale outreach or repurpose product videos.
Once you're ready, this could fit perfectly inside my Marketing Starter Kit , it's a curated toolkit I’m building to help founders and small teams get leads faster with plug-and-play systems, templates, and tools like yours.
