300 installs on Chrome!

But we still have a lot to do:

• It's the pandemic and nobody's booking. They love the idea but aren't booking just yet. Only a SINGLE booking was registered and we only got 60c for it. That's not good.
• CPA is off the charts! Our previous attempt at a startup had CPA < $1 but we're paying $5-$7 per install. This is not sustainable. We are scrambling to find a solution.

After 3 weeks of working from morning till midnight, finally got a MVP working. The first version of the product only supports 3 airlines: United, Delta and Air Canada.

The launch went a lot better than expected. 100+ upvotes. People love the idea!

After a failed interview with YCombinator, we continually engaged the admissions director who gave us some good advice: What we were working on wasn't working. We should take a step back and pivot based on what's working.

After discussing with the team, we realized that our booking platform actually has pretty good prices. Combine that with our inside knowledge of hacks for finding cheap travel deals, and we have ourselves the ingredients for a good product.

The team loves Honey, so why not make a browser extension?
