I'm a surgeon, not a developer, but I built this with AI over a couple weekends. The idea came from something that still bugs me: a close friend of 20 years and I were both going through hard things at the same time — my divorce, their work stress and marital issues — and neither of us reached out, because neither wanted to "be a bother." In hindsight, that's exactly backwards. This tool solves the small but real part of that problem: it helps you name what kind of support you need (listen, help, or just think out loud) before you send a message, so the other person isn't left guessing.
