Hey Indie Hackers!

I wanted to share a small utility project I recently built and launched: [CalcGrade](https://calcgrade.com).

### The Problem

During midterms and final exams, college students constantly ask: "What score do I need on my final exam to keep my A?" or "How is my current class percentage calculated with different category weights?"

Most existing grade calculators online are cluttered with heavy ads, slow scripts, or require account sign-ups just to do basic arithmetic.

### The Solution

I built CalcGrade to keep things as simple, lightweight, and fast as possible:

- Zero Ads & Zero Trackers: Clean UI focused purely on utility.

- No Sign-Up Needed: Students can instantly compute weighted grades.

- Target Exam Score Mode: Calculates the exact score required on a final exam based on desired final target grades.
