This summer we reached over $8,000/month in booking fees that we collected on reservations. We offer our reservation system for free, so being able to hit a decent monthly revenue this summer was huge for us. We currently are charging $5 per online reservation as a service fee.

We signed a major partnership with GoRVing Canada and the Canadian Campground Association and became their official booking partner. This helps our parks have an additional booking channel and also helps to get us in front of their 2,000 members across Canada.

We launched with our first campground who was using our reservation system. We actually found out a couple days before going live they expected hundreds of bookings in a short window of time. We ended up having to shut down their booking link and it was a total cluster. However, we learned a lot, supported each customer that came in and still have them as a customer two years later.
