Captime
AMRAP, TABATA, EMOM, INTERVAL, FOR TIME, CROSSFIT TIMER
After 3 month of update and upgrade with users feedback, I finally passed 200 subscriptions!
This is the begging, I need now to learn how to do ads and make revenue growth faster with them.
I have already configured apple ads, but it lacks of settings and that difficult to track, so the next step is to pay a tool for that
last week i decided to change how the offer was proposed to the client, before it was half price lifetime, now it's half-price only the first year.
on the paper this change was wonderful for next year revenue, but in reality the app wasn't ready for that and the whole payment process become broken...
it took me one week to fix it

after two year at 2.39 euros one time and some entrepreneur conversation, I understood the price was far too low.
so, I worked 3 months to update the app again with the latest tech and make it shine again.
then I pushed the new price 30 euro a year or 15euro the first year if you pay in the 4 first hours.
it doubled the revenue and it continues to growth

Nice! Why not just do a 7 day or 3 day free trial? Skip the ads and focus on trying to convert free users.
Or if you do free, severely limit it to one or two of the workout timers, paid for everything else after it expires.
I don’t see any offer to subscribe when I open the app, nor did I see anything in the settings about the subscription. I think you need to show it more up front on start.
Thanks a lot for the reco Paul, i finally switched to 7 days and the conversion got way better !
I also added the sub upfront
