CarClerk

I started to work on CarClerk as a side project in May 2021 under it's working title "Car Maintenance App".

I had the idea for this app in my head at for a while at this point. But I kind of assumed that there must already be an app for the kind of problem I wanted to solve for myself: An app that helps me as car owner to keep my car-related maintenance appointments in mind, that shows upcoming appointments for different maintenances and that gives me automatic reminders so I do not forget to make an appointment (e.g. with the car repair shop) or to do the related task by myself (like driving the car to the car wash).

So I did some research and I discovered that there actually are some apps that (kind of) offer this functionality in some way. However, none of them offered exactly what I was looking for and most of the apps I found were just bloaded with additional functionality I do not need (e.g. fuel tracking).
