I'm Cody, founder of Cardeon — a platform focused on continuous mental health engagement. We're building tools that help people stay connected to their wellness, even outside of traditional therapy.

Too often, mental health support ends when the session does. Cardeon aims to change that by offering lightweight, everyday tools that promote growth, reflection, and resilience.
