Covid-19 WTF !
by Matt TThe beginning of 2020 is rich in meetings and business for the global activity of our structure Seekoya.
In February / March 2020, the prospect of Covid-19 worries us but it also opens new opportunities.
We are joining EdKit --> "an initiative of digital pedagogy actors to help teachers to maintain a pedagogical continuity".
We also propose to the actors of training and education to use our Cards micro-learning platform for free during the whole duration of the containment and even up to several months afterwards in order not to stop.
Many teachers and trainers take the opportunity to discover our micro-learning solution.
The WTF? We have former leads (who did not give any news to our proposals and demos) who came back to us by themselves the 1st week of containment by validating our former quotes ^^.
Our solution is topical for all training organizations and companies that do not have a "digital-learning" solution to ensure business continuity and training in this uncertain period. The Covid-19 is a booster of activity for us and especially of visibility!
There is still a lot to be done to educate and raise awareness about micro-learning but the period is promising for us.
With the health crisis, many people take the opportunity to question themselves and to train. Long and endless E-Learning is a reality. It replaces face-to-face training with PowerPoint slides and busy days.
We are working on our communication to raise awareness of the benefits of digestible, short and repeated content (micro-learning) where E-Learning, Zoom, Teams and PPTs (often) only overload the memory of learners ....
This year we have also decided to reduce our C.A.C. expenses by 3/4 to create use cases and inbound content to share. We will not participate in trade shows (they are cancelled) and will review the virtual events to participate in.
