Care Management System
Full-stack task management and operational platform for care
Hey Indie Hackers!
We just published our Care Management System at ZevIQ AI (https://zeviqai.co.uk/).
Care providers and office teams often struggle with scattered tasks, unrecorded client phone calls/emails, and manual daily paper logs.
We built a full-stack platform using React, Node.js, Express, and MySQL that unifies:
- Role-based task management (Kanban & Table views)
- Inbound/Outbound call & email logging with auto-task creation
- Real-time messaging, daily work registers, and notification alerts
- 15 granular permission roles + Super Admin analytics & audit logs
We would love to get your feedback and thoughts from the community! Check out ZevIQ AI at https://zeviqai.co.uk/

The auto-task creation from inbound calls and emails is the detail that stood out to me. ZevIQ AI feels like it could be pulling in a lot more organic traffic than it probably is right now, especially this early while you’re still getting care teams to try it. Have you noticed which part of the workflow gets people interested first?
With so many pieces being brought into one system, I’m curious what you’re seeing from care teams so far — is there one part of the workflow that consistently makes them want to adopt the whole platform, or is the value mainly in having everything connected?
