Thriving Together by Career Meets World
Community for Immigrant Descendants
Landing your first clients is certainly not easy. We have to get our messaging straight, our offer clear, and our confidence up. It took me 4-6 months to truly understand who I was serving and what I wanted to help them within their career and life.
I had to do some deep soul-searching and understand one main thing - the best client to serve in a profession where you help people is yourself.
What I mean by this is your journey has to align with their journey. Your struggle has to align with their struggle. We have to understand our clients in ways that they may not be able to understand themselves.
Once I cleared up my messaging and realized that I intend to solely serve immigrant descendants and help them thrive in their careers and life.
My coaching practice centers on mental fitness while layering in all of the critical tools to be successful in your career or business (e.g. networking, negotiating, leadership, etc.).
What's interesting is that I thought I would work with corporate professionals given that I spent 10 years in the corporate setting.
However, my first 2 clients are business owners and I could not be happier working with them!
Ask me anything!
In February, I spent 50+ hours speaking and learning from 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 in their early to mid-career stage.
What I've learned is many of them are seeking community and a place to learn how to excel in their career and life.
Knowing this, I decided to build a powerful online community called 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙏𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 that will be subscription-based to serve your needs and create an inclusive environment.
It will offer:
- Member Community
- Resources & Templates
- Knowledge Hub (with video content)
- Monthly group coaching
I intend to launch this in mid to late April.
