Getting about 100 unique hits per month
CashFlowCareers, a job board for financial analysts, has grown through a variety of test marketing channels: Google AdWords, Reddit, and word of mouth.
Google AdWords performed really really well. My CTR was averaging around 10%. I ran the ads because Google gave me some free credits.
I tried launching on the subreddit r/FinancialCareers but the dickhead mods took down my post, despite the fact that "Where do I find a financial analyst job?" is one of the more common questions there.

Launched MVP
CashFlowCareers is a simple job board for financial analyst jobs. I conceived of, planned, and built out the project in about 1 week on nights and weekends.
The tech stack itself is quite simple:
- Django backend
- HTML & CSS on frontend
Let's keep the momentum :-)
