April 15, 2026 I just launched Cashluom — free financial calculators for everyone

Here's what actually happened.

I do freelance work and get paid hourly. Clients from

the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand. Every time I got

a payment I had the same headache — what's my actual

take-home after tax? What's my hourly rate worth

annually? How long will it take to pay off this credit

card if I pay X per month?

I was jumping between 4-5 different sites to answer

these basic questions. Every single one had the same

problems:

→ Popup asking me to sign up

→ Ads covering half the screen

→ Slow to load

→ Had to Google the tax rates myself anyway

So I built Cashluom.

Right now it has the tools I personally use the most:

💰 Reverse Sales Tax Calculator — you got a receipt

total, you need the pre-tax price. Enter amount, pick

your US state, done.

💵 Salary Calculator — enter your annual salary, get

your monthly, weekly and daily breakdown instantly.

⏱️ Salary to Hourly Calculator — great if you're a

freelancer comparing a salaried offer vs hourly rate.

I use this one constantly.

💳 Credit Card Payoff Calculator — enter your balance,

interest rate and monthly payment. It tells you exactly

how many months until you're debt free and how much

interest you'll pay total.

All tools are built specifically for US, UK, Australia

and New Zealand — correct tax brackets, correct

currency, correct context.

No login. No paywall. No ads in your face.

Just open the site, do the math, close it.

I'm a solo builder. This is bootstrapped. I add new

tools every week based on what people actually search

for.

If you're a freelancer, remote worker, or just someone

who wants to understand their money better —

Cashluom is for you.

Honest feedback welcome. What tool do you wish

existed? Drop it below 👇

About

I grew up facing real financial struggles. In my early days, I didn't have access to the right tools or information to make smart money decisions — and that cost me a lot of stress, time, and money. That experience n
