Hey, I'm the founder of Castup, a startup that provides Podcast editing servces starting at 40¢ per published minute. I had done a bit of reading on the topic of the benefits of 100% money-back guarantees, and thought it would be a perfect fit for us. Spoiler Alert!

It wasn't.

We had two clients abuse this guarantee, and because of P**Pal being the absolute worst payment processor ever, we had to book a loss of 17% on each of those payments (because of the rise of USD against the local currency)
