Celestial Divide
The allocation engine for complex estates
I’ve been working on a SaaS idea called Celestial Divide for the last few months, and I wanted to share where things actually are right now.
The short version: we’re not fully “there” yet, but we’re getting closer to something real.
The problem we’re chasing is the division of estate assets. Not the planning part. Not the legal docs. The moment when someone has to actually figure out who gets what in an estate.
On paper, it sounds straightforward, but in reality, it can be a little messy.
If you’ve got real estate, retirement accounts with different tax implications, sentimental assets, and multiple people who value things very differently. What looks “equal” rarely feels fair.
Right now, most people are doing this in spreadsheets + email + a few stressful conversations.
About
Celestial Divide exists because dividing assets isn’t the same as making fair decisions. We’re building a structured way to help families and advisors turn complex estates into outcomes that actually work in real life.
