After talking to a couple of my friends' circle, I feel like there is definitely a need for this product. I decided to hire a tech partner, develop the solution and give it a try.
He has started working on the project and most probably will get an MVP by end of this month. Will be testing it out with my co-founder's own D2C brand first and will slowly expand the customers

After launching a complete failure product, I realized that many businesses are having trouble targeting their customers whom they've already acquired through various means.
That's when I came up with the idea of using WhatsApp as the medium to retarget customers.
