Congratulations! Any insights to share on the split between your paid/free plans?

August 12, 2019 The first paying customer!

It is very gratifying to know that the very first day we launched the plans and pricing we had our first paying customer.

From the outset I always made it clear that we will always have a free plan, I believe in the freemium billing model because the company really needs to generate value for the customer, otherwise it will always use the free plan.

August 12, 2019 Changelogfy finally is out of beta

After a long period in beta, receiving many positive feedbacks from our users, today we are finally launching our much more mature product product.

Without user feedback, I would not have been able to evolve the product at the speed we did. Thank you!

February 9, 2019 Launch on Product Hunt

Today I posted Changelogfy on Product Hunt, it reached the incredible top 3 mark of the day.

This certainly showed me that the product has an audience, meaning people who are willing to pay for it.

In addition, TOP 3 strongly encourages me to keep evolving the product.

December 28, 2018 First commit

It was a period of recess at work, near the new year I had many hours available.

It was then that on December 28, 2018 I finally decided that I would start building a minimally viable Changelogfy product.

I used PHP with Laravel to create the MVP (monolith) and perform the test if people would be interested in the product.

About

I created Changelogfy due to a need I had in my own company. I wanted to keep a history of updates (Public Changelog) and GitHub Markdown Releases did not look cool to the end user.
