ChangeNotifier started from a problem I couldn’t easily solve with existing monitoring tools.

Most tools let you monitor a single webpage and notify you whenever something changes. But in many real-world situations, I needed something more powerful — the ability to monitor multiple websites and trigger a notification only when a specific set of conditions across those sites is satisfied.

For example, watching several pages at once and sending an alert only when all required changes happen. This could mean tracking multiple product pages, monitoring competitor sites, or waiting for specific content to appear across different sources.

Instead of receiving dozens of alerts for individual page changes, I wanted a system that understands the bigger condition and notifies me only when the full scenario is met.

So I built ChangeNotifier to support conditional monitoring across multiple websites — helping automate checks that would otherwise require constantly refreshing and comparing several pages manually.
