After the first year of operating, I realized that the "YouTube to Instagram" niche was too niche, so I rebranded to ChopVid to cover the larger content repurposing market. I approached the rebranding of YT2IG the Indie Hacker way. The goal was to finish all of the work in one weekend. At the end managed to do it in one day.
