ChronoFlow
Never run out of prepaid hours again
I wish I could say that things have taken off since my last post.
Registrations are slow and I picked up that even though we had users register they were not even verifying their accounts.
Then we adjusted the registration flow to allow for a better onboarding experience and got a user all the way through the process.
Not sure if we are possibly missing something...
Just wanted to share a small but meaningful win.
I’m building ChronoFlow, a time tracking + retainer management tool for freelancers and consultants. No launch spike, no viral post — just steady, organic sign-ups one by one.
Seeing real people create accounts, log time, and actually use something I’ve been working on quietly for months is incredibly rewarding. Each new user feels like validation that the problem is real and worth solving.
It’s also reminded me that progress doesn’t have to be loud to be real. Slow growth still counts — especially when it’s genuine.
If you’re early in your journey and wondering if anyone will care: they will. Sometimes it just takes time.

After many years watching service teams struggle with time-tracking, I saw the same pattern everywhere:
→ Hours disappear into spreadsheets
→ Scope creep discovered too late
→ Profitability is a guessing game until tax time
The breaking point for me:
When a long-term client asked 'How much time is left?' and I spent 2 hours digging through spreadsheets to answer what should've been a 30-second question.
That's when I decided: there had to be a better way.
ChronoFlow is my answer—built for B2B teams who sell their time and need to stay profitable without drowning in admin.

About
I created Chronoflow to fill a gap that I had in my freelancing client retainer hour tracking. Client required monthly reporting of what they had left and it was a process to get the information they needed.
