I've been building ChurnSense for the past few months — a churn prediction platform for B2B SaaS companies.
The problem it solves:
Most SaaS founders find out a customer is leaving when they cancel. By then it's too late. ChurnSense identifies which accounts are likely to churn 30–60 days before they do, so you can reach out while there's still time to save them.
How it works:
Connect your customer data (CSV upload, JS snippet, or Stripe webhook)
ChurnSense trains an XGBoost model on your specific account behavioral data — login frequency, feature usage, support tickets, NPS trends, seat utilization, payment failures
Every account gets a risk score updated nightly
When an account crosses your risk threshold, you get a Slack alert + an AI-generated save email you can send with one click
The model is per-tenant — it learns from your data, not someone else's. The longer you use it, the more accurate it gets as real churn outcomes feed back into retraining.
Who it's for:
B2B SaaS companies with 50–2,000 customers. If each customer is worth $200+/month to you, one saved account per month pays for the tool 10x over.
