Sounds cliche, but I still can't believe it😁
Long story short, it was painful, but I realized my pricing was too high for someone unknown, in such a crowded market.

So, I started rethinking my pricing - I'm reoffering the basic subscription almost for free.
Then, I have quite a few features that will cost extra:

• PRO : 1 Video Token (no matter how many features)
• PREMIUM: 3 Video Tokens (no matter how many features)

So if you have the basic subscription and want something more advanced, you can do it, and then pay an extra fee (in video tokens). That's it!😎

I've started tweaking with Google Ads, and slowly, I've grown from roughly 20 signups/day to now 30 signups/day.

I'm working on making it insanely easy for creators to provide feedback.

Most of these signups are from Portugal, and I'm not sure how well they speak English.

One thing I just implemented -- the ability for people to send feedback while they wait for the (video project) Export to complete. We'll see how it goes ;)
