March 11, 2025 I Built a Privacy-First Browser That Clears All Data on Exit & Isolates Downloads – Looking for Feedback & Early Adopters

Hey IndieHackers,

I just finished the MVP for my full privacy browser, designed to provide absolute data isolation—not just for browsing but also for downloads. Unlike mainstream browsers, which retain files that could be linked to your identity, my browser ensures that:

✅ All browsing data (history, cookies, cache) is wiped on exit

✅ Each session is fully isolated – No cross-site tracking or session persistence

✅ Downloaded files are sandboxed – Prevents malware and auto-clears downloads upon exit

✅ No background tracking or telemetry – What happens in your session stays in your session

✅ Lightweight & fast – No bloat, just pure browsing

✅ Works on both laptops & desktops

Why Download Isolation?

Even with private browsing, downloaded files can compromise security and leave traces behind. My browser isolates downloads within the session, preventing unwanted persistence or malware risks.

What’s Next?

I’m looking for early adopters, testers, and feedback before scaling this further. Also, if you have insights on attracting investors or monetizing privacy tech, I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Would you use a browser like this? What features would you want to see next? Let’s discuss! 🚀

About

I started working on this browser because of privacy concerns as well as to keep my devices safe from downloaded files of internet, as my browser isolate those files from main device as long as I don't manually save it.
