The Only Backend Your SaaS Needs!
We are looking for professionals who can help us with UX Research for the product with relevant Users testing the UX flow and giving feedback.
Does anyone have a recommendation for people who are looking at Developer Productivity Tools in the Cloud Space?
Highly appreciate your help.

It's another rejection but feels like a good sign to rethink our own messaging.
Here are our possible rejection points,
ππ½ We are not thinking big!
ππ½ We are not articulating our value & our big in a short time!
ππ½ We are overthinking, and We should move with speed and keep applying to everything possible.
What do you folks think we should do?

Just move on. There's a world of opportunity outside the exclusive clubs of cool kids. Who knows, you might have dodged the potential problem of being forced to grow too quickly, which can be an existential threat to your business.

Prove 'em wrong, they're not the experts of your business - you are
Taking a look at your website I'd argue you're not "not thinking big" - you're backend for SaaS (which is massive!) so maybe the articulation was the fault point here?
Anyway, good luck - looks an interesting problem thesis!

I got rejected too. It's okay, just keep growing the business, keep learning and eventually your numbers will be so good they can't reject you.

Thank you for sharing! Also getting the rejections but taking the opportunity to adjust. I think "thinking big/big markets" is something that we get often.

We decided to talk about our Product from Day 0.
Not to gain marketing, but to Understand the Customer's Perspective more deeply.
Some of them worked wonders & some did not.
After 18 weeks we are now shifting to a Monthly Update mode.
For our Weekly journey till our MVP.

Why are we shifting to a Monthly Update?
As our technical challenges are becoming complex, giving a weekly update is too small for the public.

-> User Experience, We finally got one UX person to hire to work with.
-> Pain Resolution, Fine Tuning our product to Production grade.
What do investors care about?

πΈ We are deeply stuck in pricing our product. Breaking down independent modules and cohesively pricing them is not as easy as we estimated it would be.

π« β Do not choose the wrong clients.
π€ β Prospecting customers & talking about problems should come first.
π₯ β Some weeks drain your energy, you have to find the fire within to push through.
