Hello, everyone my name is Gabriel Blessed a self taught AI researcher and I had an idea in mind of how AI would look if it was powerful but local then I created claw-coder which is a fully autonomous local AI coding agent and I got surprised technically I tested it with many local models and tasks but was surprised that it kept going on to work on my tasks no matter how big they were from single file projects to multi file projects all local then I discovered that not everyone has a powerful local machine and introduced the workspace feature which allows you to connect a gpu box or a codespace and run the heavy work in the cloud and keep the login and ui local

The interesting shift wasn't building a local coding agent—it was recognizing that "local" and "cloud" don't have to be opposing choices.
Keeping the interface and control local while making compute optional solves a constraint that would otherwise limit who can actually use the product.
