One of the biggest frictions in online marketplaces isn’t finding listings - it’s starting the conversation. Buyers often don’t know what to ask first, and sellers keep answering the same repetitive questions.

We decided to fix that.

Now our platform uses AI to generate context-aware Quick Questions for each listing. Instead of generic “Is this available?”, buyers get prompts that actually match the ad: condition, documents, visit scheduling, registration status, etc.

The result?

• Buyers save time and get straight to the info they need.

• Sellers filter out noise and get more qualified conversations.

• Everyone moves faster.

It’s a small feature, but we’ve already seen that it changes how people interact with ads. Sometimes the best product wins aren’t the big launches, but the micro-fixes that make daily use smoother. 🚀

We’re testing a tile layout to see if less text + more visuals = better UX

We’ve been running a small experiment with our page layout. Some pages used to be very text-heavy, so we tried switching them to a tile view: short snippets with more visuals, less text.

The idea: make browsing lighter, less overwhelming, and closer to what people are used to on modern platforms.
