It took me 3 months to employ 4 cleaners and acquire 6 clients. I hire a new cleaner only when other cleaners become efficient and can work independently. I personally train each cleaner and show up for the first cleaning of every new customer. This guarantees quality of cleaning and strong relationship with my clients.

Today I registered 100 Cleaners Inc. The company is based in New York and will serve NYC.
At this point the website is launched. I work alone and gave one client. The only source of customer acquisition is paid leads, which is costly and inefficient.
