What is the best way to find a 100% commission based sales rep.
I'm not at the point where I can pay a sales rep a salary. But I was thinking of offering a sales rep $1000 bonus for every 10 clients they sign that last more than 3 months up to $20k.
My sales rep has all of North America. I also have 35k contacts that need vetting.
I mean, if a solid sales rep took this on themselves they would be a millionaire in about 1 year if they manages to 1000 of those clients as they are all really high valued.
Sales rep doesn't have to be full time. I just want to get someone that will at least try 10 hours a week so they can see the potential themselves.
The 3 people I've tried to get working gave up after a couple rejections.
Looking for some advice.
I've been in payment processing for a little while and the state of payments in most merchant in the USA is overwhelmingly BAD.
As a customer I should no longer have to print a tip on a receipt paper.
I should not have to sign a receipt paper under certain transaction size.

Any rep that could do that wouldn't take a pure commission role.
Spoton is a company to follow when it comes to 100% commission-based sales. Getting hired by them and then building a playbook off of the insights that you learn. These guys typically play a few different payment providers and generally send their business to the one giving them the best rate at the time.
