Clearwork
Stop starting over. Start finishing.
I started Clearwork in April 2026. So about six weeks ago.
I've always had more ideas than I know what to do with. I start things.... get deep into the... lose the thread somewhere around week three... and end up with another half-finished project added to the pile. Sound familiar?
I didn't need another task manager. I didn't need a Notion template or a habit tracker or a streak counter. I tried those. I needed something that would help me think clearly before I started building... and then keep me honest while I was in it.
So I built it!
The hardest part wasn't the code. It was figuring out what someone like me actually needs from a tool like this. Not what a productivity guru would prescribe. What a real person who gets overwhelmed, loses momentum, and still keeps trying actually needs. The app had to feel calm. It had to have a clear direction. It had to be supportive without being annoying about it.
Getting the email database working was also a complete nightmare, but that's a different story. 😂
The result is Clearwork. You answer eight honest questions about what you're building and how you work. It generates a personalized 90-day runway based on your answers — not a generic template, something built around your specific project and your specific brain. Free to start, no credit card required.
It's early. I have real users and a lot still to build. But it's the tool I always wanted and couldn't find, so here it is.
Would love to hear from anyone who's been in the same loop.
About
I built Clearwork because I kept starting things and never finishing them. Not for lack of trying - for lack of clarity. Every planning tool I tried assumed I already knew what I was doing. Clearwork starts before that.
