Clico

Stop copying and pasting into AI.

July 16, 2026 Clico Starts Small. It Won’t Stay That Way.

Clico started with a very small frustration:

Why am I constantly copying text into ChatGPT, explaining the page I’m on, waiting for an answer, and pasting it back?

So we put AI directly inside the text box.

Clico works where you already work—Gmail, LinkedIn, Notion, Slack, Google Docs, and almost anywhere else in your browser.

Highlight something. Ask for help. Rewrite it. Reply. Keep moving.

No tab switching. No endless copy and paste. No explaining the same context again.

That’s what Clico is today.

But it’s not where we’re stopping.

We’re building Clico into something much bigger: an intelligent layer across your browser that understands what you’re working on and helps you take the next step.

We’re moving quickly.

The version of Clico you see today probably won’t feel like the same product for very long.

This is our first post.

More soon.

Embedding AI everywhere is compelling, but I'd keep validating what users are really adopting. They may not be looking for an AI layer across the browser—they're looking to remove specific moments of friction from their existing workflow. Winning one high-frequency workflow exceptionally well may create a much stronger foundation than trying to be everywhere from the start.

we are tired the current way of using AI that you have to stop what you are doing to go to another page/app to get answer from AI. That's why we build Clico, an AI layer, that brings AI to everywhere
