    Same boat every quarter — the due date isn’t the pain, the unknown transfer amount is.

    What helped me:

    • Log income + deductible expenses in one place (Sheets is enough)
    • Decide a set-aside % with your own CPA/situation (I won’t prescribe one)
    • Keep a running “already parked” vs “still to park”
    • Transfer on payday so Sep 15 / Jan 15 isn’t a fire drill
