I had a cheap old Android phone, a friend who told me I could sell to US clients sitting at home, and a free AI tool called Google Opal. Zero coding skills. Zero budget.

The idea:

I watched how US freelancers and consultants waste hours after every meeting just to write a "professional" follow-up email. I thought—why can’t AI do this instantly?

The execution:

With just my mobile phone, I prompted Opal to build a tool that takes messy raw meeting notes and spits out:

· Clear action items

· Smart follow-up questions

The setup:

· Everything done from a phone browser. No laptop. No investment.

Now:
