After months of planning, designing, and development, ClientDeck is finally live.

ClientDeck helps freelancers and agencies manage client operations from a single workspace, bringing together projects, files, invoices, timelines, and client collaboration in one place.

This is just the beginning. I'm excited to keep improving the product, learning from users, and sharing the journey here on Indie Hackers.

Building the product is only half the job.

When I started working on ClientDeck, I thought the biggest challenge would be development. In reality, getting the product in front of the right people has been much harder than writing the code.

You can spend weeks perfecting features, but if nobody knows your product exists, none of it matters.

Lately, I've been spending more time on SEO, content, communities, and talking to users than on adding new features.

It's a simple lesson, but one I'm learning firsthand:

Building is important. Distribution is just as important.
