Cloudkitly
Uncovering hidden SaaS costs & pricing.
Hi hackers! 👋
I launched a new programmatic SEO project (Cloudkitly) about a month ago. The goal is to bring transparency to SaaS pricing (analyzing hidden costs of tools like Asana, Carbonite, etc.).
The Rollercoaster:
Google: Gave me a "honeymoon" period (200 impressions/day), then completely ghosted me. Flatlined to 5 impressions/day. I was ready to quit.
Bing: I checked Webmaster Tools yesterday out of desperation. Surprise! Traffic is exploding there. 400+ impressions yesterday and ranking Top 5 for keywords like "Carbonite alternatives".
The Lesson: We often obsess over Google, but for new sites, Bing seems much faster to trust "fresh" content in 2025. It kept my motivation alive while waiting for Google to index my pages.
My Tech Stack:
Python for data orchestration
WordPress + RankMath for publishing
OpenAI API for content generation
Has anyone else seen Bing picking up slack while Google Sandboxes new domains? Would love to hear your experience.
