Stop rebuilding the same roadmap.

March 18, 2026 I'm a Product Director at a FTSE100. I built a SaaS on the side to fix the thing that wastes most of my week.

I'm not supposed to be doing this.

I have a good job. A real one. Product Director at a large enterprise, the kind of company with proper budgets, proper teams, and a roadmap tool already paid for on the company card.

And yet here I am, building Clriti at 8pm doing the after shift.

Here's why.

The meeting that broke me

I can't tell you exactly which meeting it was. That's the problem, there have been too many of them.

But it goes like this. You spend real time writing a solid product strategy. You know what you're building, why you're building it, and what success looks like. The thinking is done.

Then the calendar fills up.

Monday: exec update. They want themes, outcomes, a narrative. Strategic view.

Wednesday: engineering sprint planning. They want features, dependencies, technical sequencing.

Friday: sales enablement. They want launch dates, positioning, what to tell customers.

Same strategy. Three different audiences. Three completely different formats. And every single time, you're back in a slide deck or a spreadsheet, manually rebuilding the same thing from scratch.

I've done this more times than I can count. And every time, I'd look at the tools available, Aha!, Productboard, Roadmunk, and think: these weren't built for me.

So I built the thing I wanted

Clriti is simple. Deliberately, stubbornly simple.

You paste your strategy, a paragraph, a bullet list, whatever you've got. Clriti generates multi stakeholder-specific roadmaps: one for your exec, one for engineering, one for sales. Each one formatted for that audience. All from the same input.

No rebuilding. No reformatting. No copy-paste between slides.

It takes about ten seconds.

Where I'm at

Clriti is live. Real users are generating roadmaps. I'm still employed full-time, building this around the edges of a demanding day job, which means progress is slower than I'd like and every small win feels enormous.

First version had a painful 90-second wait on roadmap generation. Fixed it. Onboarding had a false choice baked in that created unnecessary friction. Fixed it. Free tier messaging wasn't clear enough, people assumed it was paid by default. Fixed it.

There's a lot more to fix. There always is.

But the core thing works, and PMs who've tried it get it immediately. That's enough to keep me going.

Why I'm posting here

Partly accountability. Partly because the IH community is full of people who understand what it's like to build something real while life is happening around you.

But mostly I want to know: if you're a PM or a founder, how do you handle the multi-audience roadmap problem today? Are you rebuilding manually, or have you found something that actually works?

Genuinely curious. Drop it in the comments.
