CodeCrafters
Programming challenges for seasoned programmers
Now that I've got 3 challenges, I created a challenges listing that collates all 3.
Posted this on r/programming. That post drove ~2k visitors, and resulted in ~200 early access signups.
Announced the third challenge that will be part of early access: Build your own Git.
Posted this on our Discord server, Reddit and Hacker News.
The Reddit post seems to have gained a fair amount of traction: ~50 upvotes, which resulted in ~20 signups for early access

I posted about the Build your own Docker challenge on Reddit a couple of days ago. The post seems to have gained a fair amount of attention, it's now the 3rd most popular post of the month in r/docker.
That post alone drove 100+ signups for early access!
A similar post on HN did result in a ~100 visits, but didn't really get upvoted much.

Ran the first early access trial for the Build Your Own Redis challenge.
5 people participated, one of them completed the whole challenge.
The next 3-4 early access trials are scheduled, and our Discord community is slowly growing.
I'm holding off on inviting all signed up people to the Early Access program, waiting to see how the first couple early trials pan out.

Launched the CodeCrafters Early Access program today.
The web app is still under active development, but the core challenge experience is ready for preview. Aiming to get this into the hands of a few early customers who're brave enough to try this out.
Published an early access page with a signup form. When people signup, I send them invites to our Discord server, where we co-ordinate early access trials.
Starting with one challenge: Build Your Own Redis.
