CodeVideo Enters Open Alpha
Barely working, CodeVideo is in open alpha, free for everyone to give it a try. Currently, the video creation process is split between the client (by recording a canvas) and the backend (converting the frames to mp4). I'm working on moving it fully to the backend so it can also be supported on mobile. Somehow, the client side generator works on desktop machines - I don't think mobile browsers have enough memory to run FFmpeg WASM in the browser. This will be my first SaaS product that is fully open source - you can follow the CodeVideo Team on GitHub at https://github.com/codevideo
