Hey Indie Hackers 👋

I’m a solo developer working on CoffeHQ, a SaaS product built to help independent coffee shops and cafés manage their day-to-day operations more easily.

The idea came from seeing how many coffee businesses still rely on spreadsheets, POS exports, and disconnected tools to manage sales, inventory, staff schedules, and reporting. That fragmentation creates extra work and makes it harder for owners to understand what’s really happening in their business.

CoffeHQ is my attempt to bring those core workflows into one simple platform designed specifically for coffee shops—without the complexity or cost of large restaurant systems.

I’m still early and actively iterating. I’d love feedback from:

• Founders building vertical SaaS products
