July 3, 2026 Why I Started Building Cognivo

Every company has knowledge scattered across PDFs, SOPs, websites, Google Drive, Notion, and internal documents. Employees spend too much time searching or asking coworkers the same questions.

I started building Cognivo because I believe finding information at work should be as simple as asking a question.

The vision is to create an AI brain for every company—one place where employees can instantly find answers and eventually automate routine work.

This is the beginning of the journey, and I'd love to hear how your company manages internal knowledge.

Hey, just wanted to say — your product looks really impressive. It feels useful, clean, and like something that can actually help people solve a real problem.

I’m building Everyday Tiny Tools — a marketplace for small useful web tools, mini apps, calculators, generators, AI tools, productivity helpers, and simple utilities.

The idea is to give independent creators a real place to showcase their tools, get discovered, and maybe even earn from them.

If you’ve built something small and useful, I’d love to invite you to list it here: EverydayTinyTools.com

Tools can be listed as free, or as a simple one-time purchase through the platform.

And if you have any questions, feel free to reach out anytime: nuchem@lightboltlab.com

Really like what you’re building — wishing you a lot of success with it.

The real shift here isn’t just knowledge search—it’s collapsing fragmented context across tools into a single question interface.

Most companies don’t fail at storing knowledge. They fail at making that knowledge reachable at the exact moment someone needs to act on it, across systems that were never designed to talk to each other.

About

We started Cognivo because finding information at work is still unnecessarily difficult. Company knowledge is scattered across documents, websites, and internal tools, causing employees to waste time searching or waiting
