Coin Arber

I started Coin Arber for collecting data from exchanges for Technical Analysis purpose. But on the road, I realize that there are Arbitrage opportunities, happening all the time. First of all I was collecting Ticker data. It doesn't give the current prices of exchanges. I changed the structure of data mining codes to focus on order book prices and volume.

Coin Arber collects data not just by exchanges but also different Crypto information sites. I decided to limit my exchanges the number 50. Because They are at least the most trustable ones. Also I decided to limit coins to the number 100.

I believe that Arbitrage is a kind of regulation work between exchanges. Beside that it gives an idea for Crypto Investors, where the price will go in the near future.

Before I launch the project, I created a visitors only web site and, discuss about its design, structure and many other things. Project shaped by my close circle of users and friends. I always believe that, all products must evolve according to its users expectations.

As a Full stack developer, I started the project with data mining. It was the most important part of it. For making data collection faster and faster, I use different servers, Threading and some other useful tricks. In first mont it was just a single page, listing 100 coins from the best 15 exchanges. During that time I was using Ticker data. But on the road I understand that it's not accurate as I expected. So I changed all my data mining process to order book data.

I have some Rigs in Georgia for crypto mining. Nice community and cheap electricity is the main reasons to start a project at there. After launching my rigs, I decided to change mining facility tasks for most profitable coins. I started to play with different APIs and one day I found a huge price gap between exchanges. I thought that it can be useful information not just me but also for other Crypto Investors. This was the beginning of project.
