After 3 exciting months, we are happy at over $500 MRR. We have 115 paying subscribers today!
Last 30 days trial start rate is shining around 12%, which is our most charming metric I guess. But user acquisition still relies on a micro Google ADS budget and we have to build many more affordable and sustainable acquisition channels.
An affiliate program? Appsumo? Content marketing? I will tell you on the next update! :)
It's been two and a half months since we appear on stores and all metrics look so good to be true. Like 10%+ trial start rate, 60%+ trial convert rate, LTV is still not clear though... :)
We are running a tiny Google Ads CPI budget which brings us around 50 users per day. Yesterday $40 added to MRR, so it was time to drop an update here.

Can you please tell me how much are you spending on Google ads?
is there any other ad platforms you are using? if yes, I would like to know it's cost.
Our revenue is rising in line with the user count for now. Still didn't launched anywhere and no to minimal Google Ads. We are happy with the progress and excited to see what's next. Subscription retention, which will shape the life time value of our customers will be determinative. We are at 21 paying subscribers and 12 ongoing trials today.
After being surprised by getting our first paid customer on beta stage, we have released our both iOS and Android versions. I have started a quick Google Ads CPI campaign on a small budget without any optimization. We have gained our first 500 users, 12 subscribers and some trial users which hopefully will continue to convert with a good ratio.
We have been really happy with nice feedbacks, great review scores on both stores, and daily growing numbers this far.
This was Coin Push's second or third day on Play Store as an open beta and someone from India has subscribed. Right after that I got Jacob's (RevenueCat) email: Congrats on shipping! 🎉
Regulations in India prevent Android subscriptions from renewing, this also means that free trials don't work in India. So our first user immediately purchased the subscription without going through a free trial.
Some trial starts began to appear in the next day.
As alpha versions go back and forth between us, we decided to publish our latest Android version as an open beta on the Play Store.
We still have some work to do before iOS version can pass the App Store review.
Meanwhile, we receive valuable feedback from some of our friends who use the app.
I can't tell when we passed many development milestones, as development goes along with the work we do for our corporate clients. But I can say that every line of code for Coin Push has been added with enthusiasm.

After doing consulting work for corporate companies for many years with a small team, we decided to do our "side hustle". Although we have an optimized workflow thanks to the many projects we have completed in the past, we will bring this project to life with indie methods.
I work as the founder and UX/UI designer with two backend developers, one iOS and one Android developer in my team.
We are going to build a mobile app for crypto traders. Since I am a trader myself, this project will be a "by traders, for traders".

An ASP.NET application is running on the backend. Backend listens and analyzes prices from exchanges. It sends live prices to applications via socket connection and sends signals via API. We use Firebase for push notifications and remote config-like features. Our mobile apps are a native iOS app and a native Android app. We are considering adding a web version (Coin Push Crypto Dashboard?) in the future and adding an API service for those who want to use signals with their own systems.
