13 days ago I launched ColdCraft. No team, no budget, no audience. Just me in Karachi building in public.

Here's the honest breakdown:

Traffic: real visitors from the US, UK, Spain, India. Organic search starting to show up.

Signups: zero real ones yet. All test accounts.

Revenue: $0.

But yesterday something shifted. I sent a DM to a founder in a Discord community who was complaining about cold outreach not converting. He replied within 2 hours, tried ColdCraft, and told me he'd become a paying customer if he closes a client using it.

That's the first real signal.
