CollabClub
Exchange Time for the Skills You Need
It's been a while since we posted an update on CollabClub. This is mainly because the project has been on ice for some time and hasn't been worked on since April/May. I'm hoping to come back to it but for now I've writted this post to outline what happened and what future it may have:
After coming up with the Personality style using Logology by @dagorenouf we then had to select our Logo from the array of options provided. We did this using the Miro board:

We also made some decisions on the Website domain - and opted for https://www.collabclub.co/ and we also posted our Ship page on Product Hunt to start to gather users:

We formally launched CollabClub on the 1st February as the inaugural WBE Labs Project.

We launched with 8 members that'll contributing to the project with a mix of developers and marketers. We had fun with a 60 second icebreaker, with everyone being asked a few random questions! We also agreed how we would work as a group of part time Indie Hackers working globally and asynchronously!
The main activity though was to start on the design sprint and for that we opted to use a 5-day remote design sprint template available on Miro. Fortunately for us two of the group had run design sprints before so this came in handy!
We completed the long term goals and challenges:

After that we worked on the Logo - we did this as a group exercise using tool by Logology by @dagorenouf It was amazing what we came out with in the space of just a few minutes!

I put together the first deck on the idea - including everything that we'd discussed in the Wannabe Entrepreneur space. The deck included all of the concepts as well as how we could go about building such a product as a community.
We agreed that using a design sprint methodology would be the easier way to go - but that we'd need more time to deliver it.

I joined the WBE space run by @tiagorbf a few months early and we'd had a few discussions about community events. One of them was running a Hackathon.
So I pitched developing a product together as a community and the response was great. I was away during most of December so I said that I'd return in the New Year and Pitch the rest of the idea to the Community.

CollabClub sounds similar to https://www.skilledup.life/ @ManojRanaweera
It was designed to be totally free - just a platform to help and support so slightly different from SkilledUp
